In this remote class, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how to effectively perform the role of Product Manager or Product Owner in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through Program Increments.
You will learn the craftmanship of Backlog refinement on all levels and how business prioritization enables the creation of innovative solutions. We will explore how the Product Manager and the Product Owner play a critical role in maximizing the value delivered by multiple Agile teams.
Through our training concept, the participants will be involved in a learning process that creates insight and lasting knowledge. The training has been designed to include theory, practical exercise, dialogue, and reflection.

I have been working as a consultant since 1983 and have enjoyed learning from many different assignments in various branches. In 2000 I attended my first Agile conference, and since then, I have been trying to practice Lean and Agile wherever possible.
I like to work with anything that provides learning or business value for my clients. I do my best to share experiences within technique, business, and leadership openly.
Since 2013, I am a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and have trained more than 1000 people in Agile frameworks.
