General
BDD takes the well-being of all people seriously, especially participants in workshops or training that we are in charge of. To enforce this responsibility, we have the following policy, which is based on the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Sweden.
COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we take the following precautions:
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 20 people.
Facilities and furnishing will be set up to allow a proper social distance.
Exercises are designed in a way that does not interfere with social distancing.
Instructors will remind participants about social distancing at the beginning of each day.
Recommended guidelines will be posted inside and outside each workroom.
The floor inside each workroom will be marked as guides for social distance.
Disinfection liquid will be available throughout each event.
Facilities will be located to accommodate traveling by personal transportation.
Food and drinks will be offered in venues that follow the official regulations.
Anyone who feels unwell is not allowed to attend. In the case of a paid event, participants who feel unwell after signing up will get full compensation in the form of attendance to an equal event or a refund.
By this policy, we are comfortable with arranging face-to-face events where people can be creative and get the best learning experience.
