The Advanced SPC Certification Path is designed to address common implementation pitfalls, including leadership engagement, implementation metrics/measurement, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). This Expert level course is tailored for all SPCs, not just partners, to enhance their implementation skills in a much shorter timeframe compared to the SPCT path. Course Highlights

Prerequisites
To enroll in the Advanced SPC Certification Path, participants must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Active SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification: You need to have a current SPC 6.0 certification.
  • Experience with SAFe: Practical experience in implementing and applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in organizational settings is essential.

Rami Sirkiä

SAFe Fellow, SPCT, Senior Enterprise Coach and Managing Director

Became agile in 2010 when Nokia Mobile Phones R&D transformed into a scaled agile model. As part of this work, Rami created an approach for budgeting and planning to fit the continuous development model, which SAFe adopted from v3.0 onwards.
