Ola is a Passionate Lean-Agile leader with proven world class expertise within SAFe. He is one of few in the world managed to get the highest level of certification, SPCT. Ola is an active contributor to the development of the framework and the global community. Ola has 15 years of experience to set-up and run Scaled Agile implementations in challenging international environments. The last five years, Ola has focused to help people and their organizations to succeed in their Lean-Agile Transformations by advising and training. Ola has globally trained 1000+ people in different SAFe trainings and has experience of almost the entire stack of trainings from Scaled Agile including "Train the Trainers" in "Implementing SAFe".
