Mattias is the creator of the Luminus suite, profiling tools for leadership maturity and adult development as well as people, teams, and organizational transformation.
Mattias has a background in engineering, psychological and anthropological studies. Mattias Lives in the Stockholm Area and have four children.
Steve launched the first government implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), which led to the successful turnaround of a large, mission-critical Department of Homeland Security program.
Steve holds SPC4, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and CSP certifications, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and Divinity.
Married with five children and two grandsons, he lives in Southern Maryland and is an avid runner, cyclist, backpacker, and exceptionally poor golfer!
