Achieving Business Agility with the Scaled Agile Framework

Many leaders struggle to evolve the enterprise into an adaptive, thriving organization that can succeed in the Digital Age. In this webinar, You will get insights into how leaders can use the principles and practices of the SAFe framework as an enabler to transform the enterprise and achieve business agility.

About this Webinar

We live in a complex world with a high level of volatility and ambiguity, which creates a lot of uncertainties for businesses. New start-up companies rapidly disrupt existing markets and create new ones. Leveraging digital technologies that incumbent enterprises are slow to adopt. Social unrest, global economic forces, and demographic shifts make leading in these challenging times more difficult than ever before.

Business agility cannot be achieved by simply optimizing or scaling legacy practices. An organization’s ability to adapt quickly requires a new way of working, new mindsets, and a generative culture. But Business agility requires a holistic system where the people in the enterprise, customers, suppliers, and society at large are all connected in a complex ecosystem. So the key to successfully evolving any enterprise into a thriving organization in this postmodern era is digital age leadership.

In this seminar, Mattias Seger from BDD and Steve Mayner from Scaled Agile share how leaders use the principles and practices of the SAFe framework as an enabler to transform the enterprise and achieve business agility. As a manager and a leader, you will learn the key moves you can make to increase your ability to contribute to better business results. They are achieved through digital transformation and the adoption of SAFe as the new way of working.

You will get deeper insights into the core competencies of SAFe that leaders at all levels in the organization must understand and embrace: Lean-Agile Leadership, a Continuous Learning Culture, and Lean Portfolio Management. The speakers will also provide examples of global implementations of SAFe and the better business outcomes these organizations produced.
